Placing an Order with Pool Superstore

We understand that not everyone is used to purchasing their products online and may not be familiar with the process or may simply be having issues with our shopping cart. Please refer to the following steps for guidance.

Step by step guide on how to order a product

  1. Add this item to your shopping cart.
  2. Select go to checkout which is located at the top let hand side of your screen, just above categories.
  3. The next page will then bring up the item or items you wish to purchase, select checkout.
  4. You now have three options; if you are a returning customer you can enter your email and password if you are a new customer you can either register your details OR proceed without registering by entering your email where it says checkout as a guest.
  5. Now fill in the form including your name, address to ship your item/s to and your contact number.
  6. You are then taken to a secure payment page.
  7. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU REQUIRE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. On this page, you need to select PayPal and select your shipping method.
  8. You are then taken to the review and place order page. Check all your details and enter any notes you wish to add. Then select the checkbox for terms and conditions. You can now select place order.
  9. Your order will be placed and you will now be directed to our PayPal page for payment via your PayPal account. Enter your email address and log into your PayPal account from this page.
  10. Once your order has been placed you will receive the following emails. The first to confirm the order has been processed. If you pay online you will receive an email from PayPal to confirm payment, you will receive an email once the item has been shipped which will have your tracking number entered onto the documents. A final email to confirm completion of your order once you have received your items.
